The Belfast Humanist Group is one of four groups in N Ireland, the others being Queen’s Humanist Society, Humani and the North Coast Humanists. See Links page for contact details for those other organisations. The present BHG was formed in 1995.
Some of the founder members then had been members of the original Belfast
Humanist Group of 1964 which was the first Humanist group in N Ireland. It is a non-profit and a non-prophet organisation. The elected officers of the BHG for 2012 are:
